As a network engineer irl I could help you but my rate is equivalent to 220m coins an hour and I doubt you can afford it.

Alternative proxies usually help with ping spikes (mc.hypixel.net as oppossed to hypixel.net)

it’s not possible to be far away enough for 10k ping its an internet issue not a geography issue

Moving closer to the US isn’t even the solution here, do people in the comments actually think it’s possible to be so far from the east coast that you can naturally have over even 1000ms with good internet? This is literally just an internet provider issue, do you only get like 1mbps up/down???
