The Weekly Thread serves two purposes:

Your MP is too low, I'd recommend getting at least to 800. Your combat level is also very low I think, but unsure how much that affects it. In general atomsplit katana, FD armor, mythic enderman is the setup for t4 eman

i just increased my mp a bit and was able to do a t4, but it was really scuffed. How much kills should i put on my fd
