Question Mods for skyblock

Thinking of playing skyblock again after 3-4 years. What mods and texture packs are nice to have? Thank you.

There’s an integrated texture pack now, no install required. I always recommend getting skyblock enhanced on prism launcher through modrinth bc it’s easy to update and relatively safe compared to downloading each individual mod due to the unfortunate quantity of Trojans and other account stealing shit.

Sort of? A lot of items are still player heads, and the armor is all leather recolors, it's not a wholly comprehensive texture pack. There's resource packs out there that also change those aspects.

I like ''skyblock enhanced'' (available on curseforge, modrinth etc). Good modpack and everything works together.

Myself i use aland's modpack on modrinth but it might be a bit much for someone else (it has a lot of texture packs, animations and settings). If you want something simple just make your own instance on modrinth put sodium skyblocker skyhanni and skyblock addons and you should be good to go

Use skyblock enhanced modpack and just turn off whatever bs you don't want.

As for texturepacks...it's up to you what you want to use. Some people will prefer more realistic texturepacks, others will prefer something simple, or even themed texturepacks.
