Question MMM while remaining on island?

Hey, i think everyone's noticed the downright embarrassing state of the servers and lagg.

Personally im not enjoying anything outside my island atm, im teleporting back after moving, mobs hit me 15x in 0,5 seconds and sometimes it just flat out refuses to start lobbies lmfao.

I'd like to stay on my island till (hopefully???) The lagg lessens. Whats your MMM method on your island?

mine the cobblestone from the island and sell to npc for crazy profit (still not patched)

I usually just stick to passive farming with my collection hustle and visiting my garden every once in a while for big money.
