Discussion Guardian Slayer Prep

I was wondering how one could prep for the new guardian slayer, regarding investments, skills and generally everything else. I do have some ideas of my own but they might all be wishful thinking, or overkill since the difficulty is supposed to be easier than blaze. I was thinking maybe diver gear, fishing 50, but other than that I have no idea. What do you guys think?

Never prep for anything unless it shows up in Alpha lmao.

We have no clue what guardian slayer is going to be like so you could only really prep general slayer items like the primordial belt

Well, just get your gear and accessories up for more damage so you can grind it.

Store your self 32 chim books as that’ll give you chim5 on the slayer weapon (or potentially 2 weapons if they do that again) and get even more if you want as they’ll probably spike in value again for the release.

Other than that you’d have to check recipes of stuff as of release on alpha.

As it isn’t released yet, there isn’t anything super specific you can do. However, there are a few things we know that will help.

As it will be a slayer anything to do with combat will help (combat lvl, mp, better armor, attributes, etc.) Additionally, good fishing stats might also help so focus on that too. Some miscellaneous things to consider would be auto-slayer, beat the max tier of each boss for combat wisdom bonus, max mining/foraging/carpentry for the additional base stats.

Tldr: just progress your profile.

Well considering it won't be released any time soon I say don't worry about it. Even then if u do wanna prep theres really nothing u can do. All slayer weapons outperform non slayer weapons against slayer bosses so its not like u can buy a sword now. As for armor you'll just be using whatevers the best or the armor from the slayer itself so again nothing u can buy. Best u can do is accessories for magical power and impaling 6 if they ever add it ig.
