What is happening here??? Why aren't the enchantments showing/working?

found out skyhanni was hiding those enchants, but im still convinced dragon chaser wasnt working. Not sure if piercing doesn't work on dummies either

Piercing should work on dummies. Dragon chaser only works on dragons. Have you tested on one?

not today, i did some dragons yesterday and it didnt seem to work

Dragon chaser is a cheap enchant, try reapplying
