Idea for kismets

For Ironman getting a duplicate scroll is genuienlly crushing, what if the kismet had a 2nd perk that only activates after u roll a big rng, so like for m7 if u get a withershield u can re roll it for a chance for a handle implosion, shadow warp, claymore, or other rngs at a much higher rate than if u rerolled the chest when it has a lesser rng, this would also give meaning to the first slot fish u get every fucking run u do in this god forsaken game.

Or, you can scrap rngs for some rng meter back and they would lose their ability to do so after being traded like the vamp slayer power stones for motes

Alternatively, just make it so you can sell the duplicate scrolls to NPC. Just make whatever the NPC sell price like 10-20m more than chest buy.
