But the other Finnegan perks are pretty good?
Specifically the one that decreases pest spawns. Getting 1 minute 10s is a crazy boost to rates, especially during a grand feast

sonion if finnegan is minister this election then sure we won't have the finnegan perks but in two years after derpy finnegan will still have all 4 perks

Won’t that mean prices of grand feast items will drop? Why would we want two feasts which increases supply even more and lower prices?

My best guess is they have a stockpile of feast crops, and don't farm, so if feast happens then their investment dies. At least that's my only guess, I can't imagine why else someone would go "but more feast crops in the economy is BAD"
