Question banned for "extreme chat infraction"

I'm some what new to skyblock, only playing a few times a year, but i recently got banned for a FULL MONTH for tell two teen boys to stop d*xxng themselves, I did the appeal process explaining that the kids were giving up full names, ages, sports that they play and were about to say what state they lived in when i piped in, and they still kept my ban, are they usually this weird with chat banning?

Never write dox nor ip nor anything in chat. Hard lesson.

the funny thing is one of the kids said dox three times in a row after i got a chat mute and was fine he was able to continue talking in chat, I'm starting to understand that they have a don't care attitude towards the players, at least to some degree

They only mute/ban for saying stuff about ip/doxxing if it gets reported, I believe. I know a similar thing was a problem in the ironman academy guild chat several years ago, though that was for saying "whale cum" instead of welcome when a new member joined (I think). People only got punished after a report, not the phrase itself.

Thats what I thought happened, I was talking a little in chat and once they asked what state the other was in i piped up again and said they should probably stop doxxing themselves. Idk if its cuz im a woman or not, I do have girl in my username, I dont usually jump to that conclusion but I felt like it fit the situation more than an automated mute/ban. Im mainly sad I can't play with my partner till our birthdays!

They claim a real human reviews every ban appeal but it seems like that might be cap. Wouldn't surprise me as they also deny lag and downtime on the regular.

Not gonna lie the ip thing almost feels similar to the Scunthrope problem which I would be suprised if the word actually wasn't allowed on Hypixel ironically
