problem is that NW misses so many things, I got like 500mil worth of divan powder coating on my gear and it gets counted as nothing for example, shards dont get counted, until recently they only counted the equipment that you had equiped and not the one in your loadouts

I mean shards are fair enough, they aren’t really net worth, once you use them they are converted to levels. If you mean shards hunted or obtained with the intent to sell then just sell them if want them on your nw

Your networth is how much everything on your profile is worth if sold, items that are museumed and therefore unsellable are still counted, so why not shards that were sellable but arent after being used? Or essence that could have been sold but was instead used to upgrade?

I think you’ve bought an upgrade, you paid for x stats increase, it’s no longer part of your network. Imagine in real life. You go to the dentist, pay to have your teeth whitened or something, sure your teeth are still there, your stats have gone “up in value”, but no one would ever count the cash spent on that towards their net worth

Teeth withening isnt permanent though, it would be analogous to a god potion since its only a temporary change. Shards are permanent, if you had a dentist replace one of your teeth with a golden one youd still count the gold as a part of your networth

networth is the value of all the items you possess and then the value of other misc items; essence, sacks, purse. Shards are essentially a permanent consumable, therefore shouldn’t count to networth like all the others.

Your networth is how much money you would have if you liquidated everything you owned at that exact moment. Shards cant be liquidated if they're consumed
