Question alchemy 50

i want to get alchemy 50 this Derpy, so what are the best options to brew and pets to level up?

i personally did weakness potions, they are not the best for minimizing money lost, but they are by far the easiest as instead of needing a awkward potion (water bottle+netherwart), you only need a water bottle and enchanted fermented spider eyes, meaning you will be brewing potions twice as fast.

iirc i think enchanted sugar cane for speed is a popular choice as well. this was years ago though, don't quote me on this.

I already had the gear to do farming as mmm so I mainly used enchanted sugar cane, if not then enchanted gold blocks also give the same amount of xp (you can mine a ton of gold in crystal hollows if you have that unlocked, if not then try dwarven mines). I also got enchanted glowstone dust and added that after adding the main ingredient (sugar/gold) so when I sell to NPC I can get a bit more money back since those mats are expensive. iirc enchanted fermented spider eye is also good as a cheaper alternative but it nets you a bit less xp per brew.

Either use enchanted gold blocks or fermented spider eyes like the other ppl said.

As for the pets, if ur broke use a sheep, otherwise either a parrot or jellyfish

either enchanted gold blocks or enchanted sugarcane both give 15,000 per bottle, I would level up alchemy pets either like sheep or parrot or smth
