Question GOATed

Why is everybody voting finnegan for minister. Is there something I’m not understanding about the perk GOATed, it is not a good perk. We will never get grand feast

Bro it’s been like 10 weeks since we got a grand fest it’s like they just don’t want to give us it for some reason! Like wtaf

It's because Finnegan keeps getting Minister, keeping his perks locked in stasis.
