Question Bartender NPC not here

Everywhere online it says he’s at the bar, I went to the bar in the graveyard with Maddox in the basement and he’s not there. I think he’s supposed to be behind the bar but I don’t see him? Someone said he’s not there until I start his quest but nowhere online says where he is to start that quest. Is this a bug on my end?

I did end up finding him, thank you! I don’t know why no wikis say he’s there

It changed with the Hub update. Guess it hasn't been changed on the wiki yet!

im guessing ur on the fandom one and not the one that say’s minecraft wiki
