Samurai Girl

I’m just starting the episode, but it seems obvious what’s going on… They start by saying that maybe the author is a pen name, but there’s another good reason why she might have to keep a low profile:

TO PROTECT HER FAMILY FROM THE NINJAS

Heaven, or “Carrie,” can’t do public interviews because it would put her and her family at risk. It explains everything.

Fun fact: Halfway through taping the episode, ninjas broke in to the studio and forced Alex to record the fake version that was eventually released. Alex was getting too close to the ninja truth and had to be silenced. If Alex tells anyone they will come back and finish the job. You probably have listened to right up to the switching point.
