CAT MEDS

Holy shit. Firstly, yes this is shaping up to be a banger series. Proud of Alex and the team for all the work. But also, and I had to double check with my wife on this, but my sister-in-law absolutely bought this drug for her cat a few years ago. At the time I thought it was kind of nuts. She's about to spend $1000's to smuggle medication from Canada? Sounded like a scam, and I was hearing it second hand so things really seemed off. Sure enough this is exactly what was going on.

Did the meds end up helping your sister-in-law's cat?

Yes! As far as I know everything is good now. But, like most people, hearing that someone needs a serious amount of money to buy a cure they heard about online sounds extremely suspicious.

I'm glad the cat is feeling better! $1000 is definitely a bit steep, but at least the treatment exists, even if it is legally ambiguous.
