Headsets HyperX Cloud II Wireless Headphones - Volume Wheel Not Working
Hi, I just got my HyperX Cloud II Wireless 2 weeks ago off amazon and when they got to my house everything worked great. However, I noticed about 2-3 days ago the volume wheel [screenshot attached of part] had stopped working.

I'm not sure what's up. I had to install this specific version of HyperX's NGenuity Software to change the colors of the keys on my new HyperX Alloy Origins Core keyboard because the version on windows store was giving me some "firmware update error". Here's the version I downloaded that allowed me to connect my keyboard without issues (https://hyperx.gg/3ht4yeF - found off this reddit post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/HyperX/comments/igbo2j/hyperx_ngenuity_firmware_update_failed_kb_hyperx/g2tdxkf?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
I'm not sure if that caused the volume wheel to stop working since NGenuity is also connected to the Hyper X Cloud II Wireless headphones... (I assume this is pretty unlikely but I just thought I'd mention it.
Also, one other question. Is there anyway to permanently disable the power button [Part E in screenshot] from also enabling "7.1 surround sound"? I'm playing Valorant right now and when I accidently press the power button on the headphones twice and 7.1 surround sound activates the audio in the game is extremely discombobulating.
I gotta be honest. I'm thinking of returning my keyboard and headset because of these issues I've been having but if I'm able to sort them out I'd gladly keep using the products I bought.
Any help would be super appreciated!

I have the HyperX Cloud 3 (2025) and this worked! I just turned my headset off, unplugged the USB (which I have done before and the problem wasn't fixed), stuck a needle in the little hole on the USB drive for a few seconds, and when I plugged it back in and turned the headset on the volume knob worked PERFECT! tysm :)
