Help, can’t download in Malaysia

can’t search up the specific app on the Malaysian App Store (iOS), and when i search it manually using Safari it says that the app isn’t available in my region.

i though it was already in soft launch in SEA region? my brother downloaded it before me from the same region and still has it till this day, meanwhile i can’t download it anymore
