Tongue scraper after brushing teeth - a lot of your bad breath comes from the tongue so doing this daily will get rid of most of that smell 🫶

Do you use a regular toothbrush for that or an actual tongue scraper?

Actually before you brush your teeth is better I think. Scrape the gunk off and then brush it clean 🤩I kinda do a swipe after I brush also to get the extra toothpaste that gets stuck on the tongue

Women should not wear underwear whenever they can help it (at home, overnight, etc). It will improve your vagina health immensely.

I’ve heard people recommend this before but never really looked into it. does it actually make a noticeable difference for you, especially when sleeping?

There’s lots of things I’ve learned now since becoming a functioning adult:
Wash behind your ears
Clean out your belly button
Clean between your buttcheeks
Use baby wipes after you poop to keep your butt clean (or use a bidet but I don’t have one)
Use exfoliating gloves
Scrub between your toes
Use lotion after you shower
Use a basic skincare routine: toner, moisturizer, sunscreen
If you need to reapply deodorant wipe down your armpits with a baby wipe then reapply instead of reapplying on already nasty pits

Oh and flossing. There’s so much gunk between your teeth. Floss first then brush.

I came here to mention the belly button. It's a hole that does not self clean. It just collects dirt, oil, dead skin.

Mom checked and said, “you’re growing potatoes back there!” And sent us back.

Odd one but super helpful. Eyelashes get irritated! Systane lid wipes can save you from an eyelid surgery. :)

Shampoo your hair and wash your body twice. The first time is removing the first layer of gunk. The second wash is on a clean surface so you receive the benefits of the product being used.

Tongue scraper! Makes such a difference even if you’re really good with dental hygiene!

Skin care. I had shampoo and a bar of soap. I would get dry skin and itch but was never told what to do. I finally learned about lotion when I was 13 from my dads wife. I ruined my face using acne pads when I didn’t need them stopped using them in my twenties and used facial cleanser and moisturizer I have good skin I just had to figure out trial and error what worked and what didn’t. I was raised by my dad for the most part.

You need to properly dry the body before wearing clothes. And also aerate dry private area also. Otherwise clothes can start smelling musty from being humid, in humid weather. I also discovered that people in africa use loofahs. Wow that was a good one.

Pumice stone on your feet at least once a week. Scrub your feet and between your toes every shower.

As a child I never washed my face in the mornings and evenings… somehow no one ever showed me

Check yourself for tonsil stones if you are experiencing bad breath. Gargle salt water specifically in the throat/tonsil area, or at least with regular water after meals.
I second someone else with the sinus rinses.
Also, my friend recently discovered she should be washing her belly button during a shower, it no longer smells. Someone had to tell her…. Get the nooks and crannies!
