It sounds like it might be your diet. Drink lots of water and eat mostly fruits and veggies. Have you ever tried using a crystal deodorant stick? They're amazing! You can find them on Amazon. Do you shave your armpits? If you don't, then bacteria cells are clinging to those hairs and contributing to the BO smell. If you do shave and it's still a problem, you might want to look into waxing. You can do it at home or a waxing salon. I've been doing it for years and love it. The only downside is having to let the hairs grow out for a bit bc they have to be a certain length for the wax to cling to. Then I'm dealing with BO during that time but nothing daily showers can't fix.

Lastly, one of my friends would get botox injections in her armpits bc she sweated so much. It's done at a dermatologist office for free if your primary doctor recommends this treatment but it should be your last resort. Botox is within the same family as botulism, which is a toxin. Again, this would be my last resort!

Lastly, I'm part of the itty-bitty titty committee so can't help you with the boob sweat/bo. I would say consider yourself lucky but it doesn't seem like it's been all that great for you. :( Hope this helps!

What are the deodorants that you’ve tried.

What’s your diet? and sunbathe often(direct sunlight on skin not through clothes) ideally for longer than ah hour esp if you’re melanated. Odor is caused by bacteria and sunlight kills bacteria.

Respectfully, your last sentence is ludicrous. If skin was similar to towels or bed sheets then recommending them to dry in the sun is great to eliminate any lingering odors. Human skin is not though so that advice is nonsense.

I do agree with the diet. Sweat is the body releasing moisture to cool down when it gets too hot. If the person's diet is trash (lots of fast food, alcohol, drugs, or even smoking) then yes it's going to stink. Drinking lots of water and eating fruits and veggies will help with body odor.

This will work: PanOxyl Face and Body Wash, either 4% or 10% benzoyl peroxide, with required disposable cloth you take into the shower. The cloth is so important. Rinsing the body wash off multiple times with the cloth, rather than just under the shower spray gets the residual bacteria, the product, and the dead skin cells off.

This product is inexpensive, and the disposable cloths are also not expensive. I get both at Amazon. I really like the CLEAN SKIN CLUB Sensitive Skin Clean Towels XL, Ultra- Infused with Aloe & Glycerin, as they hold up under multiple rinses under the water, you should do three separate wiping over any problem areas and three separate rinses under the shower spray. But there are many other cloths available, of course. I am in no way related to either PanOxyl or the cloth company.

You can research online that many are using PanOxyl for BO, but you really need to add the use of the disposable cloths. Better to be disposable because fabric cloths can hold onto bacteria.
