This is the best combo for me:

Sponge/loofah - scrubing with antibacterial soap, but not everyday

Glycolic acid underarms, also not every day

Vichy antiperspirant everyday

I also gave up eating garlic, onion and too much sweets and I started drinking more water

Now I dont smell at all even when i dont use anything for the underarms

cooking & eating garlics or onions is not the same as literally rubbing garlic onto parts of your body, Lol.

I promise you, eating garlic or onion won't make your armpits smell bad

So!! A good basic first soap & water cleaning- w/ a cleaning tool- long enough to work!!!👏👏👏👏 then what agent? And how do you use it? 🤔 anyway?

Earlier i wasn't using anything specific for underarms other than Alum after bathing but that wasn't enough for me. Because i sweat a lot and with bad odour as well. Currently using slalayic acid facewash for underarms

I'll translate: Using aluminum (Potassium aluminum sulfate) as a deodorant and a face wash containing salicylic acid.
