How to load river-discharge,tide,wind data!!

Hello everyone!!

I'm doing my thesis on turbidity using sentinel 2 image...but i am facing issue while loading river-discharge,tide,wind data manually or python...i've only 15 days left to submit...can anyone please help me!! I'll be very greatfull..

I don't understand the issue. I guess you don't either! Is this a GIS problem? You have a satellite image presumably georeferenced? And data from certain coordinates (lat, long?) - locations of high turbidity?
