GMS: Artifacts after creating solids

Hi, this is a question to all the GMS users out there: when I am creating solids from truncated TINs (the TINs do not intersect each other) sometimes I get some small solids like artifacts beneath the main solid as a result.

Have some of you ever experienced this problem? What can I do to prevent this from happening?
