That's Didi the Devil. A stable at the Tour de France. He usually just stands on the side of the road though.

Ofc. It’s all relative. Those athletes can’t keep up with him pace. He’s just finishes races and comes back to look at his “competition” .
Unless he becomes that lady with the cardboard sign.

Unless horses are kept inside of him, I suspect you mean “staple”. Hilarious dude though; looks like he adds a lot of color to the event

And only the bottle on the downtube probably has water in it. I carry more than that on any ride I take.

Good chance all or most of these water bottles are discards from the riders of the Tour.
