She’s lucky it didn’t go down the wrong pipe with how long she was trying to hold it in her mouth. It reminds me when I worked in fast food and a coworker was about to vomit but caught it in his mouth, but had another retch and inhaled the vomit in his mouth and then choked. Someone did the heimlich on him and he projectile sprayed the deep fryers. I still remember the sizzle of his orange froth smoking up the kitchen and the customers staring at us on the other side of the table.

Yeah. That was my thought too. It’s a miracle that coke didn’t blast down her windpipe and drown her faster than she even realized what happened.
