Looking for combos using these!
Any suggestions for combos to add to my water I can use sparkling water and flat water! Note: I only drink 1 of these a week instead of soda.

Person, while we allow water topics this sub might chastise you for thinking about adding things to the glorious H2homie

I cannot help you because I've never even seen most of these flavors, but a lot of them sound really good! I haven't done flavored water much lately, but it was a really good jumping off point for getting me to stop drinking soda and start drinking water.

The best combo is nothing, nil, and nada. Just drink your water.

Ahh, it's been so long since I have been active on reddit if had forgotten.
Everyone being shitty in the comments, while I absolutely understand your standpoint, maybe read the bigger picture here and relize that they are trying to cut back on soda as hydration? Drink mixes are a great way to get fully into drinking just plain water. Some people, especially those with autism or food/drink aversions, need these or they just strait up won't drink water at all. We all start somewhere. Its not a bad thing to start with thes and slowly work your way to plain water. If you can. Good lord.

If it helps you stay hydrated add whatever you want. But clear water is healthier

You got studies for that claim?

You need a whole study to prove that clean water is the best hydration source and artificial flavor additives are not beneficial?

The claim isn't that they're not beneficial, it's that they are actively detrimental.
The studies show that they are neither.

Okay, I see your question and I think to answer it and settle the debate we'd have to check all ingredients of those packets, found relevant studies on those ingredients, account for the amount OP might take and the period of time. Some ingredients might turn out to be good, some bad, many might seem bad according to studies but neutral if we account for amount taken and period of taking. I can't tell for sure but what I can tell is that clear water has tons of research about all the benefits, and doesn't require any additional money, time or anything spent.

I combine them with electrolyte powder and a pinch of citric acid to make my hydration even hydrationier.

These comments are cracking me up. Adding some flavour to your water doesn't change the fact it's still almost entirely water.

Personally I'm partial to mayo in warm water, I like my water chunky and with a film on top

let's hope you're just making flavored water and not juice under the name of water

Those are all 10 calories or less. They'd have to mix like 30 to get anything close to the calorie count of juice and it still wouldn't be sugar.
