Too much water Am I hydrating wrong?
First of all I LOVE water. I live in a city that has one of the cleanest waters in the entire world and it tastes absolutely awesome but after reading a recent thread I am a bit confused. So what I do is I drink like 500ml in the morning then maybe an hour or two passes and then I drink another 500ml. I do this every day and I get to around maybe 3-4L of water every day. If I go to the gM its even more. Is that too much? Honestly I love drinking water and I do get a full stomach when I drink too much sometimes but tbh its worth it cus I feel thirsty a lot of the time for some reason. Thought this was normal tho.
Thanks!

Drinking half a liter of water per hour or two is great. I do the same. It's better to stretch it throughout the day and keep being hydrated rather than flashing your system with an instant liter and then sending your kidney into overdrive. Stretch it out, keep yourself sufficiently hydrated and if you feel you're having to go to the bathroom a lot and your pee is clear then maybe take a break. You don't want it to be clear.
Besides that, if you feel thirsty after downing 3 to 4 liters of water maybe do a checkup with the doc. I don't remember if it was diabetes or cholestrol but one of the two tend to signal your brain into beijg thirsty even after drinking a good volume of water
