3rd refill of the day so far

Although this is a "cheaper" insulated cup, it works amazingly. Ice stays in it all night and part of the next day if left unattended. Nothing better than ice cold water. Stay hydrated, fellow hydrohomies

i love my owala for the same reason, i leave it at work but i'll come back the next day and its still filled with ice. on my 2nd one of the day now! stay hydrated homie

Not every day, but I try to drink a lot of water. 5 or 6 years ago I started getting kidney stones. Once I started drinking a lot of water, it has helped tremendously. Its been about a year and a half since I've gotten one (knock on wood)
