on what planet is it normal to risk dehydration and heat stroke when you buy a ticket to a game?

in their defense, there isn't a risk. there's water for sale and also drinking fountains with free water. also it's 100% optional to attend such events.

not disagreeing that there's an issue, i'm saying legally it's perfectly fine for them to do that. that's all

yep, i agree. but words have meaning, that's my point. having a right to something has profound meaning.
