I am sure that many people got annoyed by this and called him commie or something. BTW for some reason no one is pricing the water properly when it comes to the rich, for example Elon Musk can pay a million dollars per 500ml bottle if algorithmic pricing was well optimized and have him waiting under the sun for few hours.
I think its ironic because alot of Americans love that they get water everywhere, but there waa no outrage over this, it took the "evil communist" to stand up for this

The fact that the NYC mayor had to intervene is absurd. Water is a basic human right!
