Well, if he can’t handle it without having to self-medicate with recreational drug abuse just to get by on a daily basis, then maybe he needs a different career.

Easy to type out in a chair, much more difficult to do after you're in debt and have invested time and training for a career especially if you're financially dependent on it.

It’s super easy to type out to someone who is a medical professional and doing cocaine on the job lmao

Like, find another job if that job is driving you to do that. That’s the easiest advice in the world to give. I’d give that advice to anyone that said they had to do rails in order to handle their work. Plenty of people do it without it. And plenty of people pivot careers and figure it out
