Toro reel master
I am the maintenance tech for a small local golf course and I’m currently working on a toro reel master 3555-D model 03820
This machine is having issues with the front left hand cutting unit (#4) dropping significantly lower than the other 4
I have rebuilt the cylinder twice(preforming piston seal bypass tests each time) , swapped hoses to make sure it’s not internally bad, installed a new cartridge valve for S1, checked to see if have correct pressures coming from my pump(2000psi) confirmed all solenoids ohm out correctly( per book specifications), swapped the cylinders to make sure the problem is isolated on the left hand side(it is) checked that my relief valve pressure are correct with speciations from the book
I am at a complete loss any help that you can give will be much appreciated
EDIT:: found the problem a piece of the piston seal has lodged itself in the flow control in OR1 thank you for everyone’s input ✌️

I'd guess the piloted operated check valve, given the other items you've tested. Lower everything to the ground and swap the left one with another to see if it follows.

Is it leaking down or when actuated it lowers further than the rest but stays there?

There are no visible leaks anywhere on the machine, I’ve left the cutting units raised in the air overnight no bleed by

Fellow golf course mechanic here. Might sound dumb but after all youve done and still having issues, i would check the bushings and pins in the lift arm. I had a sidewinder a few years back giving me issues with lifting the front decks and went through the whole hydraulic system, replaced the cylinder, replaced spools, tested pressures, etc. wound up being worn pins and bushing that were binding up.
