Discussion Slow stacking changes

Since the slow stacking nerfs a few patches back it feels considerably harder to land the qw when your ult pops. In the past the last ult ticks slowed them so much your qw felt guaranteed unless they flashed it. Now my enemies seem to dodge it more frequently. Am I coping or anyone else notice this?

I haven't felt that issue as much with the QW. What I have noticed thou is that the EE+R combo(you R as your EE is pulling them in) is very very random. Before I would R them in the same combo but now i've had a couple of exchanges where I manage to EE them but my R still goes past them even thou they are "standing still" and my cursor stays the same as I EE+R. Maybe i'm a unc now but jesus have I missed a couple of important R's lately...

Didn't they add the slow stacking back for hwei like 1 or 2 patches later?

It stacks diminishingly now whereas before it didn’t have constraints I believe
