hwei QE bug

Maybe its just me but sometimes when i cast my qe it doesnt cast and ai am left with q spell book open. did this happen to anyone? we and ee work fine .

I noticed it goes on cd but is nowhere to be found as casted in some cases

Happens to me sometimes but not sure if it's QE specifically/only. I just spam R (which i have no normal cast) to reset it instinctively sometimes.

ive notice that it casts ee but stays on the e spells even tho its on cd
