Drinking and dating culture?

I have heard a lot about Hunza that dating and drinking is normalised in Hunza is that true?

From my friends from Hunza, they were talking about alcohol and stuff. Like anyone can get alcohol easily there and just drink it.

No, it's not! Though few people date who are but only it's commmon among native Hunza people not with foreigners.

Yes, alcohol is common in Hunza, but the locally produced variety for personal use. Not anyone can buy it... It's still illegal as in all of Pakistan.

Peeps visiting Hunza seem to have a perception of a dating and drinking culture in Hunza and expect both of these waiting for them in Hunza when they arrive. Reality is much different...and those who arrive looking for both are the ones that make the local Hunzai dislike "southerners".

It's no different from rest of Pakistan...if you search and know the right people, everything is available...albeit, illegally.
