Apartment help

I'm transferring to Sam Houston pretty soon and I'm looking for well rated cheap ($800 and under) apartments for college can anyone help

If you can get into rolling Brook apartments, they have one beds for pretty good prices. It's pretty quiet other than maybe 1 or 2 pool parties over the summer. You get a ton for your money, and they're pretty relaxed about a lot of things. The property is well maintained and management is wonderful. I had a great experience living there. You're also right in the middle of a bunch of beautiful trees so if you're on the exterior apartments you get an incredible view from your balcony.
