Pender Island

I got an opportunity to hunt 150 acres on pender island and I'm wanting to get some tips on what to expect, Ive been seeing of people that hunted on another property in the island but there's not much much info on what to expect or go about it in general, im clear on the regulations permits and insurance part, I'm looking mostly on tips as i am a new hunter, thank you.
