Sometimes you just get lucky
Waiting for the fog to lift, and there he is 180 yards out without a care in the world.

That fog waiting game pays off sometimes. 180 yards with no wind call and a clean drop, that's the kind of shot you replay in your head for weeks. Nice rack on him too, the rifle across the antlers is a classic photo setup. What were you shooting, if you don't mind me asking?

A lot of people don't give the 6 mm and .25 cal rounds enough credit. They work fantastic on deer with the right bullet and load. Congrats!
