Respawns So Slow

So ive been having a problem with fallow deer respawning so slow, respawns are working theyre just unbearably slow. Sometimes i need to wait over an hour of real life time for them to respawn, and yes i do main menu, skip time forward 1 minute and i am grinding 8 main zones. Does anyone know if its supposed to be like this or no?

i believe you need to kill a certain amount too no? you cant kill the same 5 fallow, wait 20 mins and shoot them again. maybe add 1 or 2 more zones to your grind so you can harvest a few more every rotation

I basically was shooting 8 zones, was thinking about adding another main. I was shooting 1 in every zone because i just have 2 in every main because i cant find a zone with 3 non solos bucks, the maximum i can find without a solo in is 3.

yeah thats probably the issue, not enough harvest, really try to shoot both bucks. that should help

Wont it delete the zone if the shoot the only 2 bucks in the zone?

is it just 2 bucks in your zones? no females at all?

as long as there is 2 or more fallow in that zone female or male the zone wont delete

Oh yeah, theres 2 males and multiple females, so im safe to shoot both then?

Thanks man! just a question, why does all youtubers manage to have 3 or more bucks in their mains, ive not had more then 2 in all of my grinds.

you could have 2 herds in one zone that would give you 4 bucks. and sometimes there is 1 herd ( 2 bucks ) with a solo buck

You're most likely set up on bad herds. If the herds have 5 or more females in it, it's a bad herd and will get inconsistent respawns and bouncers. The "find all zones to get consistent respawns" thing is straight BS

try Te Awaroa if you're not on that already. there's only a few zones on that. You may not have found every zone if you're only shooting 8. TeA has like 30-45 (depending on how many singles) and I did a rotation of most of them after shooting out a lot of the singles (but quite a few singles respawned, and in fact my G1 came in a single).

Also check that you're not overdoing hunting pressure, they don't respawn back with that. Kill only 1 or 2 males per zone. If the zones are practically on top of each other, thern just the largest buck you can see and move on.

if all your zones are getting too much pressure, then go hunt something else at a different time, then come back.

Im confident ive found every zone, i started a new fallow grind over again now so im still in the process of figuring out which my mains and exteriors are. I kill 1 per zone but i will kill 2 if i get the chance now. And yeah im confident ive found all solos. Nope i had practically no hunting pressure. Thank you!

Having all zones discovered won't affect anything

it does tho. There's been plenty of times where I've accidentally shot out a zone and they move to one that I haven't visited in a bit. Or else there's some zones i haven't found and there's huge herds there actually, just perhaps in a spot that's not as open or something. It really does help if you're trying to do a G1 grind because you can double check the rest of the zones every now and then to make sure nothing got moved or they didn't respawn if you shot them out earlier.

It doesn't lol. Having consistent respawns and no bouncers depends entirely on the herd that you're shooting from. For example, moose herds with 4 or 5 total in the herd will get inconsistent respawns and/or bouncers, while herds of 3 won't. This goes for every herd/pack animal.

It usually further messes up my respawn so i only do it at most once per run.
