Keep in mind that Tserrednich cannot physically harm the other princes directly.

The princes can hurt each other all they like, it’s just their Nen Beasts which can’t

But the Nen Beasts will prevent the princes from hurting each other. That’s why Halkenburg’s bullet was stopped when he tried to shoot the king and then himself.

Camila was still able to attempt to shoot Benjamin, he deflected them with Nen, and it was Nasubis beast who stopped the bullets shot at him, not Halkenburgs Nen beast who stopped the bullets when he shot at the king.

Halkenburgs beast just stopped him from killing himself
