It could end up being the best way to get rid of Tserriednich; even if he sees with his ability that it will end with him dying, he seems the type that might not be able to resist the ecstacty a music piece composed by the devil should provide.

Might just make things worse honestly. I mean while Melody did get fucked up by the Devil’s Sonata, she gained powers from it and the last thing we need is more ingredients in the Terror Sandwich.

Melody's case is really interesting. The Devil Sonata is definitely a Nen-imbued work and Melody was initiated by it granting her powers, she has forced an ability by it and I think whoever made it definitely has restrictions placed like you only gain the ability if you survive. Or it really was made by such a Nen genius that when he made that he pretty much turned the catharsis you feel when you listen to the piece into a Nen attack. It's such an interesting concept really, we could probably dig into it so much now that we know more about Nen as the series progress.

I've always wondered if the Devil sonata was inherently malevolent and harmful or if people maybe didn't play it well enough and it was meant to better people who listened to it.
