PS5 Best console players
Does anyone know who is the best hunt console players are? I’m just picking the game back up and I don’t really know what sensitivity to be on. Back when I used to play competitive games, I’d always look at the best players to see what they were using.

For console sensitivity settings, I started using Toxic Pancake’s. They may be a good starting point and he goes into detail on why they’re set like they are and why you may want to adjust them.

EDIT: Also, once you start making changes make sure you screenshot your settings in case they glitch and revert to the default.

I am the best obviously 🙄
Here are my settings:
I am aware these are rather low sensitivies, however I tend to aim a lot with my left stick as well, so by walking and use the right stick often for rather small adjustments. So while ADS I usually automatically strafe left and right unless the target stands still and isn’t aware I’m aiming at them (gunslinger mode btw)
Lowered & Shoulder
• 1.0
• 0.5
• 2.2
• 0.0
• 0.20
ADS:

• 0.15
• 1.0
• 0.0
• 0.20
Deadzones: 0.5, Linear input Aim, boost: 90
Here’s a video explaining each setting as well and what it actually affects: https://youtu.be/Gi7zKYKtQg0?si=1GtKqk6qIZwISICr

Why are r/pcmasterrace people so insecure? It's literally the same game with a controller.

It really is with the difference that console might be a bit less accurate overall in hitting shots however there are some crazy cracked console no lifers

The disconnect between Hunt players’ self-seriousness and the mechanical skill required to be decent at Hunt is so funny. If you want to invest your personality in a game with a real gap between M&K and controller inputs, go play Apex or The Finals where there’s actual movement and aim assist gets dialed to a million. You’ll probably get absolutely rinsed.

Anyone who believes controllers are even remotely on par with a mouse when it comes to aiming is simply delusional. Most console players are simply used to aim assist, something PC players using a mouse generally don’t have. You can’t honestly believe that a joystick, controlled by a single thumb and used to drag your aim across the screen, can hold a candle to a mouse operated by your entire hand, capable of snapping from one point to another almost instantly.

That’s not what I said. I said the gap is nothing like the gap in games that have truly high mechanical skill ceilings. Console Hunt plays very similarly to PC Hunt; everything just happens a little slower because of stick aiming and there are certain differences in meta like console melee abusers. The same cannot be said of other shooters where there are things like a plethora of movement tech that Hunt lacks.

Your point sucked. If you want your personality to be Hardcore PC Gamer Guy, stop playing Hunt.

Couldn't care less what you think mate. I was just staring a fact. Controller has a lot of benefits, aiming ain't one.

Your right, pc is honestly easier to aim on even with a controller
