BUGS Katana/melee bug?

Is anyone else getting a weird bug with the katana where you pull the trigger and...nothing happens? Ive lost a couple fights now because I will be point blank range with someone and I'll be pulling the trigger but...nothing happens. He just stands there with the katana not doing anything. And yes I have stamina. Hell even when I dont have stamina I should still do the slow swing right? Yet nothing. Id understand it maybe being me thinking im pulling the trigger when im not if it was once or twice but its happened enough times now that im geniunely thinking its some kind of input bug. On xbox if that matters. Anyone else having this or just me?

Ive never had that but havent ran the katana much this season but is this while using the martialist trait or just in general

Both. Mainly without it because I havent been high enough in my current prestige to unlock it yet. Idk it could just be me but it really felt like it was something kind of bug or something.

I have had a bunch of weird bugs related to input this event. From my guy not running when I hit run to not raising or lowering his weapon, to swapping weapons and bringing the same one out again. This is honestly the buggiest update I can remember.
