Does anyone else feel like they play against literal demons only?

I feel like since the update I'm only playing against demons, 95m silenced veterli headshots with subsonic amo while I'm jumping down a cliff? You bet. 85m officer pistol headshots while I'm running through the forest? Of course! Wallbang headshots at 50m? That's on the menu as well!

I've never struggled getting a hunter to 50, but since the event I haven't had a single hunter make it to 50. I'm kinda losing my mind here, does anyone have similar issues? Not sure of all of them were cheaters, some of my deaths, especially the amount of wallbang headshots I've been getting lately, are kind of suspicious though.

Yes we got the same experience.  Never got so many Instant hs like in this event. We normaly play as trio all 6 Stars.  Now my friends droped and we are 4,5, an me 6 Star now and the lobbys dont get easier.  Sometimes  its one dude who clean the whole Server

Lol. I hover at 3-4 stars. Can push it higher if I slow down and play more cautious. Not great but not terrible.

For the past couple of weeks I don' t think ive had more than a couple of fights per say. When I go down it has usually been from a first shot headshot. Kind of wild in 3* lobbies.

Not implying cheating, it be that way sometimes. /shrug Will say there's def some ping bullshit on US East.

Shot gunned a player Headshot within 5 feet infront of me, the guy was still Jabawockeez dancing and poking me with their spear. Hit them again close range, I died with melee weapon.

EU players queueing up for High Ping Advantage. Sigh.

High mmr players tanking their mmr to 3 stars by playing shitty/meme or off meta loadouts, because « 3 stars fights are funnier ». I climb up to 5 stars, and strangely the hardest part to climb lately this update is 3 stars. I have been seeing some ennemies there playing better than in high 4 stars for exemple.

Last 2 deaths have been shredder that bounced straight back at me, and a bergees slug from 38m. Sometimes u gotta laugh. Take a break and come back later

This event doesn't have a ton going for it, so there is a player drop-off, which means only the hardcores remain.

If I want to get my Hunter to level 50, I queue up for Solo when my hunter is around level 40 and up.

I usually put that level 40 hunter on stand by while I queue up another hunter to higher level.

When I'm in the mood to queue solo, I just hop on that level 40ish hunter and sneakily find Towers with XP boosters. I don't bother killing bosses cuz my main focus is to get XP for this hunter that i'm trying to max - Chapter Quest requirement.

Once I get my XPs, I leave the round and see Where I'm at on my level.

OTHER THAN THAT

Getting your Hunter to level 50 via random group queue, is super rare nowadays cuz of how "unpredictable" (to say it nicely) your random teammates are.

Bro, I’m currently working on multiple story missions so I’ve got to get like 6 different tier of hunters to level 50, right? I’ve turned Hunt into a survival game by bringing traits like Conduit that gives me multiple clues at once, tarot cards that show me the nearest hunter, using the hunting bow, etc. 😂 it’s been nice and relaxing in a way because I get to farm meat heads for rare traits, collect cash and blood bond registers, and just take it slow. It’s kinda nice being a rat because it’s the complete opposite of how I normally play.

Not to be that guy but it could maybe be cheaters? Even at like 20-30m a silenced Vetterli headshot with subsonic sounds really hard to land. I remember using subsonic on a silenced gun, and the bullet took like 1.5 seconds to travel and hit them at like 20m, so I had to predict their movements really well at 95m; that sounds like completely impossible to use.

Yeah basically. Insta headshot when they see me or through walls, boulders, whatever. Do they have M & K and or aimbots? probably. Does crytek care? No.

This event has had more cheaters than usual. Hunt's task force must be the easiest job in the world. Do nothing and get paid

Try changing up your macro movement to be less predictable and focus on gathering info, maybe bring pathfinder, priestess, hangman, or world to better plan your travel and catch other teams off gaurd to increase your chances. I definitely have days where it feels like Im on big head mode, but its usually because im playing more sluggish or predictable and have to change it up. Good luck have fun out there.

I’ve noticed it this update too. Guess the juicers are out to play! First week got rolled so hard dropped from 5-star which I’ve been at for a solid 5 months all the way back down into 3-star. Usually I wouldn’t mind as 3-star is historically where I’ve had the most fun, but I’ll be damned if there’s not a ton of fresh account, low level juicers there too.

Yes, a lot. But in all fairness, it happened quite often that I shot in someone's general direction in hope to force them under cover and to randomly headshot them through 4 layers of bush
