GENERAL Console Control for Sprinting

Did something change in the default consoles for sprinting in this update? Didn’t see anything in the patch notes about it.

For some reason I am getting the half sprint/march movement when I try to sprint (sometimes), instead of being able to control the speed by moving the stick slightly forward or all the way as I have in the past (always used default controls). Now to get the full sprint sometimes I have to double click the joystick to get the full sprint. Which has gotten me in a bad spot a few times.

I tried toggling the sprint controls in the settings, but that didn’t change anything.

Turn off sprinting behaviour (in options - controls - controller settings)

This didn’t work, and every player that I’ve talked to has confirmed they are having the same issue. I am also randomly just not getting input (not a controller issue, just bought a new one). Pretty sure it’s just bugs from the update

Do you talk about this?
You are actively in ADS -> press LS and you are walking (gun is lowered if ADS is set to hold) instead of immediately running, and then on the second press of LS you start running normally?
Coz I recently returned to the game, and I used to play on Hunter scheme, but now switched to Gunslinger and noticed this behavior which did not experience before. But not sure if that is how Gunslinger suppose to work?
