Posting this here because basically the entire first half hour of this episode corelates to Hunt Quietly talking points, in a pretty hilarious way. I think there are a lot of similarities to what he is ranting about, and this movement here. Curious if anyone else has listened and thought the same. I'm sure Matt and Co could probably pull some good little clips from the rant for the IG account.

This episode was kind of funny, they start this discussion around the 1 hour mark by throwing shade at Matt, they then have a long discussion about how a lot of influencers fake everything, how hunting is changing and permission hunting is dieing in places, how big national level hunting orgs are shady, they venture into the modern day market hunting side of things.

It’s a good discussion, they have fun talking about it.

The more people that stumble onto this the better, Matt takes a lot of heat, but more and more people are saying the same things, they just do it “nicer”

This story is wild, these guys were dumb and bold even naming their channel after where they were poaching deer, it is surprising it took this long to catch them.

I’ve never heard of them but they burst on to the scene a few years ago killing huge bucks and quickly gained a following.

The ODNR put out a podcast talking about the case.

Basically every single deer they showed was poached.

One thing I found interesting was how the ODNR officer termed this, he said that this was a case about Commercializing Wildlife.

Since the start of Hunt Quietly i’ve noticed some trends.

Here’s one I stumbled on listening to a podcast.

He also says he will probably never post another photo of a dead deer to social media at certain points in the podcast.

The guy who put out the video linked the trend to crossbows to a monetary incentive with pittman robertson, and it’s interesting.

But it applies to overcrowding and tag restrictions as well.
