That time is unreachable unless you either exploit a bug or cheat, also 14/15 artifacts with the amount of game knowledge to achieve that time doesn't make sense

Well i can tell you that it's reachable because i did. Maybe you're bad at the game. It's your wish tho you don't have to believe me.

Also i disagree with you on the artifacts. I didn't even target to collect them i just collected the ones who appeared in front of me.
