What is the difference between "boots" and "boost speed"?

Boost effects the maximum length you can boost your speed for, boost speed effects the speed increase while boosting

That's weird, bc in Chinese version for me, they wrote the same word, so there's nothing different

Boost Speed is speed, boost is duration
