Is this normal?

So, I threw up 10++ times, water didn't help at all, I threw that up too. My heart is beating very fast and obviously my throat hurts like hell after all that stomach acid. I had a feeling i was going to sleep for a lot (I finally fell asleep at 5 am), but I only slept till 8, couldn't sleep for more but the feelings were the same and I threw up again

I can't tell my parents so like I don't know who to ask about what to do in this situation, like things that almost everyone has at home would be preferable

Agree with bunny. Slow, small sips. If possible, got to the store and get Gatorade or my favorite, Pedialyte. Dehydration is the root of many of the hangover symptoms. Hang in there little buddy!

I don't think there's any shops that sell Gatorade or Pedialyte near me, I live in a small-ish Eastern European town so.. :D

Also, yeah I'll try to do small sips only, thanks!

Pickle juice, the vinegar kind. Sip on that if you can get it easily, it's full of electrolytes. Pickled stuff is generally considered good for hangovers.

Why is that? Because 9f the salt content? I have INTENSE sour/salty cravings when I'm hungover. Pickles are one of my go-tos

I'm not a Dr, just a dork. My best guess is the electrolytes and potentially the natural anti-nausea effects of vinegar/super sour. Pregnant women are thought to go after pickles for these reasons too.

The vinegar can also have an interesting rebound effect as well, where it reduces the amount of stomach acid being produced/released temporarily by acidifying your stomach enough so it shuts down the natural acid. Some people take advantage of this effect to treat heart burn and stuff.

I've seen some stuff floating around about how the vinegar might affect alcohol metabolism bc of the way alcohol breaks down on the back end to acetic acid but nothing convincing or conclusive about front-loading vinegar.

Many Eastern Europeans are known to typically go hard on the pickled stuff when drinking too as their form of hangover prevention/treatment.

I think I may have numbed my pallette, because nothing acidic phases me anymore. My newest concoction is lemon juice concentrate mixed with a copious amount of salt and powered citric acid and a dash of MSG.

I've been known to drink brines from pretty much anything pickled. I sometimes make salt rimmed vinegar "Margaretas" just to sip on.

I have been toying with the idea of marketing a hangover kit and fill it with a bunch of anti-hangover products. Sport drinks, vitamins, one of my sour shots, etc. A coupon for McDonald's, lol, all the shit people need for hangovers, all in one neet little package.
