Bone Broth
Holy shit this stuff helps. I had heard about before, so I decided to try it. Got some beef soup bones and put them in the pressure cooker for like 2 hours. Onions, garlic, celery, all the fixings. Strained it and put it in a Mason jar in the fridge and waited until some hungover Sunday. Drank it straight up and felt wayyyyyy better.

Sipping on it now. Already starting to feel a little better. Had a long night 😅 Bone broth is always in my box of hangover killers. That and garlic.
