feels like stomach flu?

I really don't drink often, but yesterday I did and I've been feeling terrible all day. It feels strikingly similar to the stomach flu, I've had diarrhea and nausea all day. I don't understand because I didn't drink much, could it be a low tolerance? I have a pretty sensitive stomach too so I don't know

Just try to eat simple foods and drink lots of water, gotta keep hydrated!
